"I got my first Covid vaccine on Thursday the 1st around 6 pm. I was talked into getting a pneumonia vaccine as well since I am 21 and "smoke". I clearly stated I vape sometimes. I figured since he was a pharmacist he knew what he was talking about. Now it is Monday the 5th and I still can't move my arm, get out of bed, or even take care of my child on my own. I went to urgent care with a 102 fever Saturday night, and they couldn't get it down. They sent me home saying I had "Covid arm" and that if the redness goes outside of the lines to go to the ER. Sunday morning rolls around and I'm back up to a 102 fever, and it's rapidly spreading. I go to the hospital, my fever goes down but my heart rate is very high. To get to the point, all doctors and nurses told me that it was totally unacceptable for the pharmacist to give me two different vaccines in the SAME arm at the SAME time, plus I'm only 21 with no health problems and the pneumonia vaccine is typically used on people in there 60s. Turns out I have cellulitis, which can be deadly if left untreated. I'm so glad that some doctors know what there doing. Hopefully now I can heal and never come to this rite aid ever again."

"This review is for the pharmacy! IAN the pharmacist is seriously the most genuine professional pharmacist I have met. The things I get from the pharmacy are pretty embarrassing and any other pharmacists at different stores judge me and give me looks but since the FIRST time I ever met Ian going there he has made me feel like a person not judging me. He is so personable and the sweetest. He always asks how my boyfriend is and how I’m doing and always is smiling. You always know when people get into the medical field for the wrong reason because they’re missable and forgot that they chose that profession but You can tell Ian got in for the right reasons. I’m #TEAMIAN !!! Also I live in east wood and I drive to camillus just because he doesn’t judge me and makes it cool."

"Called and spoke with Carol at Pharmacy this morning about an rx. My insurance company, in their infinite wisdom, chose not to allow this short term rx because main rx for 90 days sent to them also. Carol took the time to call my insurance company today and got an override. In these current days of a slow down in getting meds through post office, I needed this rx to start now. Rite Aid in Camillus is Outstanding! We have been doing business with them for years and will continue to do so."
