"I’ve been to petco only a few times and it hasn’t been the best. However I went here today and there was no cashier, no associates to ask for help, and when I went to get crickets I didn’t realize the crickets came assorted with Beatles, Larve, caterpillars and dead crickets. Very disappointed."

They made us schedule an appointment because "they don't take walk-ins", but then when we arrive they would not see us at our appointment time because "they had 2 walk-ins before us"....!?!?!? Then after confirming our pet's information with 2 of the Vetco employees on the phone BEFORE walking inside - I get the report emailed to me loaded with wrong information! !?!?!? They were unprofessional throughout the entire process! Absolute Nightmare using VETCO! I highly suggest avoiding them!"
