"Hidden Gem....clean and rooms are recently renovated. Close to the trails so a great option if camping isn't your thing. Manager and staff were very helpful.....very unexpected at the great price per night!"

"I stayed a couple nights here and the staff was great. The room was clean and recently renovated. They went out of their way to help me get a pillow that I left there. They drive to a local car dealership to drop it off in my vehicle for me. I’m so grateful."

"No bugs but there is mold, dirty floors, ac is moldy and musty. Don't think they wash the comforters. Cheap but, wouldn't stay again. Does not take reservations."

"Old time charm!!! Very clean. Very quiet! Very comfortable! And, the mountain air is so refreshing. Although this hotel doesn't have fancy decoration, it's service, location, and tidiness are all so great. It has microwave, refrigerator, and reading desk in each room. The room is also big enough to set up a comfort zone with sofa and lamp to relax. Its set-up and facilities make us feel at home. This is a wonderful place for outdoor lovers to reboot their energy after a day hike or bike in the Uwharrie National Forest."

"If you are on a budget this place is just fine. The rooms are clean and free of infestations of any type. The gentleman who checked us in is very nice and he will make sure you are comfortable during your stay. I gave this Inn four stars for those who are on a budget, not for the purposes of implying amenities that do not exist. It is a good place to stay and is convenient to trails, restaurants, and shopping. If you like fancy, this isn't it. But if you're just a country-type person who understands and appreciates simplicity, this is the place for you. Enjoy your visit to Troy NC and I encourage you to visit Uwharrie National Park trails as well as the nearby Native American Indian mound and museum."
