"Sure, this place could be fun for the day. But for a birthday party, run. Don't do it! I paid almost 800 dollars, and it was just absolute chaos. The girl insisted we had 28 kids. We did not. We had 25. Finally, after much back and forth, she came back and said that the manager was going to refund us for two of the kids. So, I paid for an extra kid that we didn't have. I don't see the refund yet, so to be determined. The package is supposed to include plates, napkins, utensils, and drinks. We weren't provided with nearly enough. We had people literally eating off of napkins. We couldn't find anyone working to ask for more. Since we had more than the 20 kids included in the package, I asked for more drinks. There were only 10 juice boxes placed in our cooler. I paid for 28!!! Why was it such an argument to get more drinks? So, in conclusion, I paid for 28 kids, got 10 drinks, not enough plates and utensils, and couldn't find a soul to help us. I am still in shock that I paid almost 800 dollars for such a terrible experience. I will not be returning here. I gave them enough of my money."

"We had my daughters birthday here and they did a great job! The facility was clean and well staffed, safe, and lots of fun for the kids. We had a room sized just right for our guests, pizza was hot and fresh, and there was even a small refrigerator in the room to keep treats and drinks cold. We had a dedicated staff member who helped set up and get kids checked in. The kids loved the place and had a blast. Highly recommend!"

"Although I thought a lot more to do here than at other trampoline parks. Their absolute lack of supervision is absolutely dangerous. A lot of unsupervised kids. Huge potential for injuries."

"So much fun! My kids and I went for our first visit today(we are from Endicott NY). We loved this place so much! Lots to do! Next time we will do the $30 play all day. Nobody wanted to leave!! Ball pits were the best! Highly recommend going and checking this place out!!"

"Plenty of parking. Nice place to bring the kiddos for a few hours or the day. It's $24 for 1.5 hrs $28 for 2 hrs or $30 for the day. If you pay $30 for the day you are allowed to leave and come back if you want. It also requires jump socks which are $3.50 a pair. They have a ball pit with slides and some tunnels to crawl through. This is a area for kids 10 and under. They also have different structures and wall structures to climb with a adventure course. This area also says for kids 10 and under. They have a foam pit you can jump in. A trampoline dodge ball area,basket ball area. Various trampolines and a foam pit obstacle courses and a small zip line going over one foam pit. The arcade they have costs extra and is not included They have some massage chairs you have to pay for to sit at. Also various metal benches you can sit on. Definitely a place to check out. My kids loved it. They have ample parking this is located in a shopping plaza area."
