"The management team and staff were the most gracious and caring on our visit Sunday. They were attentive, caring and incredibly helpful with my brood of 10 year old boys. I cannot say enough about how well they handled their shift and maintained superb customer relations. They really made my son's birthday memorable and we will certainly be back for more fun. Great job team and thank you!"
"A lot of fun for the whole family. The ropes course was fun but not as challenging as others we've been to, but good for younger kids. The museum part was great. They are understaffed but if you ask they will open up the exhibits that require staffing, you just need to be patient. The staff were friendly. Kids liked the bubbles and astronaut gyroscope. I really liked the Apache helicopter gunship simulator. The bed of nails was another highlight. We did have an incident on the virtual rollercoaster where it went on the scariest setting even though the kids asked for a lower setting. The staff recognized it right away and stopped the ride. They were stuck upside down for maybe a minute but 3 other staff came to help right away to ensure a safe exit so kudos to them."
"The areial high ropes course was great, and a fun hour was spent on it. The museum was terrible. Many exhibit were not working, many attractions did not have an operator/attendant so we could not do them, many sceens had dirt encrustruated on them. We went in a 4d simulator where they failed to give us 3d glasses and only 6 of the 12ish seats worked. The rest looked like they had been taped off for years. The lazer tag was poor with blazers breaking during our 5 mins in the zone and the previous one, no scoreboard. The whole placed looked like it was built 30 years ago and had little to no maintenance, replacement or repairs since (with the exception of the high ropes which looked new and was brilliant)."
"The place needs some updating. My kids had fun but lots of stuff didn’t seem to work. The best part was the bubbles. But a lot of stuff was very worn down and super beat looking, seems like they just threw in some basketball games to make up for but the only problem is the rim is like 12ft tall so my kids were no where near being able to make it."
