"I have been coming here for a few months, and I am not happy. My counselor that I was seeing started telling me a lot of different things, and how it is not my job to care about him or anyone else. I find this place to be absolutely disgusting in their approach they provide ideas but they really do not care about their patients. I find their smug attitudes very upsetting and very annoying to say the least. People come to people like this to help them talk out their concerns, and their worries and sadly when you have a provider who simply could not care about a patient it makes it very tough and rough on everyone. This place gave me hope, and assurance that they would have been here to help me through the pain I've been through, but sadly they let me down and I can't help but wonder how many other people they will treat in this unfair manner. I write this review because I truly wanted the help with my fears in life, and just simply wanted them to be there to help me. But that was not the case. My counselor was never interested in fixing me. I wrote an email sharing my concerns only to be ignored. What a shameful horrible situation, and I will be filing a complaint with the Counselor Review Board, because their ethics are in serious question and it should not have been this way. What a shameful situation.... And for those others who are not getting the help they sincerely need share your concerns because just maybe enough people will stop going to this place. If the people can't get the help they desperately need what good is the place? It's a no brainer so if you want to be ignored, and treated poorly come to this office daily. But if you want the true and honest kind of help look in the yellow pages, there are people at there who truly care about you and what your issues are, while this place decides to turn a blind eye. What a horrible ordeal and I wish I have never met the people here, because instead of helping me they only made it 50 times worse. Shameful Just Shameful. Be aware!."
