"The comment “ you need to get help from the white people” Has stuck in my head I will never support this business again. I was experiencing a mental health crisis , so I reached out to see if I could get help. To hear that coming from another person of color is a disgrace. I hope the better business bureau sees this review. The building was being remodeled at the time when this took place about a year ago. Very unprofessional. You obviously don’t know how to help anyone in a crisis if you can’t recognize one. I forget the woman’s name that I was in counseling with. She is truly a disgrace to the Rochester community."

I have a personal matter that I can't disclose but look around for your peace of mind and just don't ever assume that you don't have a right to question or deserve better. Giving whole care is a business not a intended ideal. Advocate for yourself in all situations"
