"I just went to Taco Bell on East Main Street the other day and it’s just so horrible the whole thing, I mean the workers are so unprofessional and work ultra slow, and to top it off I waited almost an hour on line just to have a worker (name undisclosed) steal my $10 bill and charged the whole order to my card I noticed because I was charged $10 to my debit card but my order was only $11, to make it worse I found out when I got home at 12 pm for New Years, after I went back to the store I got back home at almost 2 AM due to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG WAIT. My food was already cold and therefore, I did not want to eat it. Horrible experience to a new year."

"It's a newly remodeled place looks very nice. Placed our order on the touch computer was easy to use and paid for with debit card. The wait for the food was a little long for 2:30 in the afternoon. Food was cook properly and hot tasted good too."

"I ordered three taco supremes at the drive up which totaled $9.42 When I pulled up to the window I was told it was $10, I told the cashier the price was $9.42 He responded “you don’t want to round up” This employee should be fired. Where is management on this. This employee is driving away business by trying to overcharge people."

"Once again, 2nd week straight, this location gave me the wrong item. I ordered 7 items. 2 items were burritos. One was steak grilled cheese burrito. The other was chicken grilled cheese burrito. Well, they swap or make the wrong burrito. Insted of my chicken burrito, I received Chipotle ranch grilled cheese burrito. There is a big difference in price as well. I love Taco Bell, but now I am considering not going back. If a manage reading this. My order number is 948661."
