"I have seen Doctor Ted since before my son was born 36 years ago. He is the ultimate in caring, spending time with you, and really understanding what’s important in your life, enabling him to prescribe appropriate treatment. He is very interested in your family and how you’re feeling emotionally. I could never have asked for a kinder, more considerate professional."
"By far the best doctor I have ever had the experience of dealing with. Highly recommend!"
"Highly recommend Dr Tad Ruckert. He is very kind and patient. He would listen to your concerns very carefully and try to help. I highly appreciate his patience with all my questions. I delivered my second baby with him. My first delivery was very quick. He is aware that the second could be a quick delivery as well. As soon as I was accepted by the hospital, still in the triage, he showed up and told me that he will be there all the time and never leave, so that I don't need to worry about the baby could be delivered without doctor coming in time. Not like most doctors, who only show up by the time of baby arrival, Dr Ruckert came to the labor room several times to check my status, so no resident doctor was involved(I addressed my concern with resident or student being involved during labor)."
"I called to schedule an appointment for a check up. The first time calling the call dropped, we'll just say there was a glitch in the system. The second time calling I was greeted by secretary Lori. I started to explain my need for a visit and was interrupted to verify my date of birth. I complied and was told I could not schedule an appointment and someone would give me a call. She wanted my insurance id and phone number, while getting my id information I had the privelege to listen in on payroll questions, office affairs, and sideline joking. It was only for a few minutes but it still made the call awkward for myself on the other end. After getting my ID I proceeded to read her my information. She interrupts to ask if its an old card. It was issued this year 2016, my policy is active, and my 7 years of pharmacy and nursing experience helped me to know how to verify subscriber id, bin, pcn, and group numbers without confusion. The awkwardness continues as I repeatedly verify my information with patience. She ends the call saying "Someone will give you a call"...more awkward silence. I had to ask if it would be sometime today or days from now. She responded by asking what the appointment was for (I explained this at the beginning of the call). At that point I could see I was not going to have a pleasant experience at this office, I thanked her and ended the call. I was more concerned of the poor professionalism, lack of attentiveness towards the patient, and overall attitude of the secretary. Im not sure if Lori was having a bad start but she hadn't represented the office appropriately this morning. I hope the customer service will improve sooner rather than later. P.S. I doubt I'll be getting that follow up call. What just happened?"
