"My mother’s first experience here wasn’t great. It was her first appointment at this location. She called and told the receptionist she was running 10 mins late because her Uber was lost and had to reroute. The receptionist told my mother she would have to cancel her appointment and reschedule it. She also didn’t offer not one ounce of advice or empathy. So with that being said, what happened to grace periods ? Or better yet customer service ?"

She made the experience so relaxing and calm. My 3rd delivery was a hard one and all the amazing staff kept me calm and gave me the push I needed to deliver my 3rd son normally.
