"The Front women are the rudest please do not go to this place. And the Doctor was good the first time I went now the second time I went because I had a UTI she was refusing to give me any antibiotics until my urine test came back I was in so much pain I had to go straight to my primary doctor she did the urine test also but prescribed me antibiotics. when test came back my primary told me I had a bladder infection!! I called Dr Tate and the animals in the front because that is how they act told me my urine test still wasn't back still after like a week when ask to speak to the doctor they hang up the phone on me Please do not go to this Doctor you would regret it!"

"Looove the doctors at this office. The wait can be very long but i believe it’s only because the doctor is very thorough with every patient and ensures that we are feeling well and are doing good. The ONLY issue and bad feedback that I can give is regarding the STAFF. The receptionist up front are verrrrrry rude and nasty. Their bedside manner is terrible. I feel that you should have employees that are happy to be at work and are more than happy to help out the patients. If you don’t like what you do.. you simply just shouldn’t be working there. I understand everyone has their days but every time i come for my appointment or try to call to schedule one it’s always the same thing. I’ve been coming here since I was 16 and their attitude hasn’t changed. I think I’ve had like 1 or 2 okay experience with them.. other than that I can’t say anything nice about them."

"The staff here is so unprofessional I visited the Far Rockaway location because of convenience, Dr Tate seems pleasant enough. But she needs to either retrain her staff in customer service, or get rid of the front desk staff and hire new staff. After two bad experiences with them, I’m done."

"Wasn't to happy with the girls up front They seem a little unfriendly and a bit rude. But when I got seen by the Doctor she was a lovely caring Doctor .Took the time to talk to me and ask me any concerns I had with my body. The Check up was quick and smooth. So after all it was a good visit my main concern is having a phenomenal GYN really the rude customer service really doesn't matter as long as the Doctor is Caring and Professional."
