"Dr. Shi is an old patient, and now she would rather come here to see a doctor from afar. The lady at the front desk has a high emotional intelligence and is very enthusiastic. The clinic is also clean. There is a difference only when there is comparison. Compared to the girl at the front desk at Eighth Avenue who looks down on people and talks a lot of nonsense, whoever experiences it is really sad."

"Front desk attitude no good. Only wants cash payment for copays and won't let you see or talk to doctor before paying even for a follow up report. How can you withhold patient information for copay? Is that even legal? Doctors need to make sure front desk check insurance before sending patients off to referral destinations. My bill came out a few hundred dollars from what was supposed to be a routine checkup."
