While her office was full of women,she chooses puppies somewhere in Staten Island. I recently met her another patient. She also had a horrible experience with bakcheva. Bakcheva has a typical Russian rude and nasty manners"

"I came to this office last year for a total of about 3-4 visits, I tried to stick with it as it's close to home but it's just NOT WORTH IT. Bakcheva has horrible bedside manners, bipolar with her professionalism, and tries to steal your money. My first visit I had an appointment at 5 PM and didn't leave until almost 10 PM. My first issue was the extremely long wait time but I figured the doctor was okay and the nurses staff were very nice. My other visits were worse, still a long wait time and the doctor is very rough/brute during examinations. If I'd squirm out of pain she'd roll her eyes and not even try to be more gentle.The last time I went was to have my IUD removed, the doctor tried to make me pay $150 even though I have insurance that covers it. She insisted that I should pay even though I told her that I didn't have any money with me (because I knew she was trying to simply get money out of me.) When I finally said no thanks, she shrugged her shoulders and left the room angry. She's very unprofessional, please do not come here! I honestly have no idea how she is still running a private practice."

"Save your money, time and mental health and don't go there! Not only the waiting time was the problem. She was so rude! She made me wait on a bed naked for 40 minutes. And she was mad that after that waiting time I needed to use a bathroom and now she had to wait for me. The gynecological exam after that was not gentle at all, it was the opposite. I remembered it the whole week after. She made me think I am an old and not healthy woman after the test results I didn't even need. She even yelled (!) at me: "can't you read or what?" after she heard me asking the receptionist if I need another test. Either me or my other doctor have never received any information from her office after. They said they have no results like if I never had the procedure done ."

"The worst doctor that I've ever seen. Waiting time is over 3 hours. She's not polite. She can't explain everything of what you are worry. You get a lot of stress of visiting her. I don't recommend her a lot!"
