"This may have been one of the worst experiences I have had. I came in because the Dr. is in my network for my insurance. Insurance itself is expensive and I have what is known as good health insurance (Oxford). I was trusting that things would be managed accordingly and I would be connected with providers under my insurance. Wrong. They have been billing for everything and anything under the sun without ever informing me that these providers were not covered by my insurance. I mentioned the No Surprises Act that went into effect in January 2022 and they seemed to be unaware of what it was. Please, if you’re reading this, take my advice and go with another provider."

"Went to see Dr. Barr a few times with reoccurant infections. She was not helpful in any way to try to get to the cause of why they kept coming back and said everything looked normal until she tested me n discovered i had BV. After that i went to see another doctor who was much better within the practice and diagnosed me with a deeper underlying infection requiring antibiotics that was causing my infection. I had to come back n get retested after taking the medicine and could only get an appointment with DR. Barr. After two weeks of waiting for results she informed me she sent it to the wrong lab that didn’t take my insurance cause she forgot to check what insurance i had and made me come back in to re-swab. She acted extremely unapologetic and when i asked if we can rush these results cause i will be waiting for almost a month now she said she couldn’t do that. Terrible doctor. I will never be going to her again."

"Terrible experience with this Doctor. Do not go there. I saw her for my annual checkup. She was so rough with her exam, but what's more ridiculous was she billed me $130.. The reason being was "talking about fibroid" is not included in the regular checkup. Are you kidding? The doctor did not do a thing about it, I simply mentioned it because it's my pre-existing condition. Again, we did not discuss anything about it, no future treatment plan, no further test orders, nothing. They are charging a patient $130 just because the patient mentioned her pre-existing condition at annual checkup. Her skillset is questionable but what's more questionable is her ethics. What kind of doctor does this? what kind of normal human being does this? I would only expect such behaviors from a conman. On top of $130, they managed to bill me another $460 hidden fee. No basic ethics on informing patients about what they are performing and potential out of pocket cost. I was fully alert walking in, but they were so good that I left with no idea until I got surprised by the bill. So total $600 out of pocket I have to pay from a very standard annual checkup. The overall experience at this clinic was absolutely disgusting. Total scammer!"
