"1 of the Front desk staff was very nasty (women with glasses and blond hair) , I had gotten my times mixed up for my app so I was 20 mins late and was told they weren’t taking anyone else which I guess is understandable ( even tho I’ve never been turned away at an office like that) but her demeanor off rip was just so disgusting. They were recommended to me by a family friend I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I didn’t get to meet the doctor which I heard she was very nice, but your staff is a reflection of your office and she’s making a bad look for sure."
