"I have been going her for about 10 years to see Dr. Ekaterina Milchtein and Dr. Hartman. They both have been nothing but kind patient and always willing to help. Front staff as well above and beyond. Never miss a beat. Always remember you get what you give. And keep in mind there are a lot of elderly patients so just because your appointment is less than 30min doesn't mean everyone else is."

"This is my primary care facility. I have been coming here for over 10 years. My back went out, so instead of going to the ER I come to MY Dr. The young lady at the front looks at me and says sternly we do not take walk ins. I share that I have walked in when sick or if my back goes out plenty of times. She then proceeds to tell me there is an Urgent Care down the block! I couldn’t believe my ears. The Urgent Care is not affiliated with NYP the nerve of her to not show compassion and a coldly send me on my way. She could offered to see if they had an Urgent care that had access to my records or see if she could squeeze me in to see any Dr. I am immediately changing my PC. I need to have a facility to go to where if I get sick I can call or walk in for care. So cold! Then charge thousands of dollars for basic care. If you don’t have compassion choose a different career."

"Dr. Ekaterina Milchtein has no sense of punctuality. Every time I’ve come here I’ve sat in the waiting room for 20-60 minutes past my initial appointment; it never fails. It’s nearly impossible to get an appointment for a physical, I was booked nearly two months out. Overall she lacks compassion for patients. Finally switched to a new PCP."
