"This place continues to send me a bill. Get it together ladies, this bill was already paid! Unbelievable! Poor customer service and unprofessional Billing Department!! The staff needs to be retrained immediately!"

"Poor customer service. Jessie (biller) sent me a bill and it was not processed through my insurance. I called my insurance and Magnacare told me they will take care of this huge bill. Melissa (manager) was not helpful and kept over talking me and was condescending. I told Melissa that I have been going there for years and have always paid my bills. They told me my name will go to the collection agency. This is the first time this is happening and I am upset with this. Their billing department is disorganized and communications is fragmented with the front desk. Even when I told the front desk that I will pay my copay, the front desk told me that I don’t have to pay now. I thought the bill will be processed first through my insurance but that did not happened in this case. Instead I get a bill of $477.00 that was not sent to Magnacare. I am upset with their poor services. The manager, biller and office staff needs to be retrained so they know what they are doing!"

"This is WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life over 30 years visiting doctors offices starting with the front desk person, Fran and Melissa the manager. Not sure how she became a manager, she kept on hanging up the phone on me and spoke over me while I was trying to explain my situation. Its unfortunate because I have no complains about Dr. Oppenheim but her staff is beyond rude and not helpful. I was given a form for Nexplanon device to fill out after I had to call my insurance for approval. I called the insurance and they explained that the provider needed to obtain the approval not the patient. My insurance called the office and they denied ever asking me to call for such approval. This situation has happened with another patient in which I referred. Same rudeness and run around. I have never experienced such interaction with a staff, I am beyond disbelieve. I insisted for the Dr. Oppenheim to call me and she denied my request. After she kept on hanging up on me I had to call a few times asking her all I wanted was an approval and an appointment. She denied that as well. I am hoping the doctor reads the reviews and this staff gets retrained on customer service or apologize for her rudeness. Melissa insisted I was wrong through the entire conversation, I mean, are these type of behavior accepted from the doctor? Is the doctor aware of how her staff treats her patients? I will be looking for another doctor who can handle my request efficiently because clearly Melissa and Fran are not fit for their positions. In addition, the Dr finally returns my call and to my disbelieve she asked me to see another GYN. I never thought this would be the outcome. No apologies from staff."

"Office is poorly run. Front desk staff socializing instead of working. Wait in examining room very long. Doctor performs extremely brief exam. Does not wash hands before or after exam. Horrible experience. Name not used to protect identity/HIPPA. Doctor is ill prepared before seeing patient. Disappointed."

"This woman saved my life. I was 8 months pregnant and brought into the hospital with severe upper abdominal pains. The hospital wanted to send me home saying it waa braxton hicks pains. My doctor came in and ne t thinghad a whole team of people with her. Turns out I had HELLP disease and preeclampsia. If it wasn't for her fast action in removing the baby, I would have died. Dr. Oppenheim was wonderful!"
