"Highly recommend Dr. Gamrel and Dr. Elsagga. Was unhappy with my current doc and practice, and ended up in the ER with this team taking on my case. Got great care in the ER From them, and decided to follow up with the practice outside of that experience. They've been caring, patient, and skilled, especially with the difficulties my body had. Can't recommend them enough!"

"They get one star because I really do like our physician. Staff is ok. I can never get them to send to our pharmacy the required refills without multiple requests. They make it hard. Reaching anyone on the phone who can help you is impossible. The only ability those answering the phone have is to pass a message along. This has been years of difficulty. I'm weighing how much I like our physician with the difficulties the office operations present."

"I always have the worst experiences with Health Quest. I had to call them for an entire MONTH just to get my test results, and even then, I couldn't get the results on the phone... I had to send an angry email to someone. Some sections in the patient portal haven't worked for a long time, and even after pointing this out months ago, nothing's been done. In addition to this, I had two different appointments canceled on me the moment I got to the building (so, maybe 10 minutes before my appointment?), and my drive is an hour long one-way. Tolls and all. I'm definitely switching to another place in the near future, but my doctor is the only reason why I'm still a patient here (the one star I give goes to her). If she wasn't so nice and helpful, I would have gone a long time ago. Health Quest has been so inconsiderate, disorganized and it has been painful working with them. They have infuriated me too many times."

"Called this morning to find out blood test results. So far it has been over 1/2 hour waiting to talk to nurse. I have never been here and was seen on time. Never can they respond to pharmacy regarding refills. Takes multiple calls. This is just plain a money making machine that does not care one bit about the customers. Health Quest just cares about their new building and not about the customers. Will say the Po'k office may be better. Finally, it took 40 min."

"If i could give this place no stars, i would. I’ve been going to this office for years and it’s always been a terrible experience. The drs are okay i guess, excluding Dr. Maddoff, but overall the secretaries are rude. The office is extremely unorganized, leave an important message with the nurse? Good luck trying to ever get a response back! This place is awful and it’s the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to, it’s more of a headache to get a phone call back from these people or even have them speak to you politely than it is to just chance matters and not get a check up. Health quest OBGYN is the WORST office I’ve ever been too, seriously. You would think that they’d take reproductive health more seriously. -i will say, Dr. Zolnik is a well respected professional, and the best Dr in their office. Have a problem? He’ll listen. But the treatment by other staff is awful and i would avoid this place at all costs."
