"Was there on 11/11/2023 Quest computers were down and labs that were sent via computer could not be done. My Doc gave me a hand script order.The phlebotomist there that day told me she could draw my blood being it was a paper order..She was extremely professional and was very friendly..She also was the best blood drawer I have ever had I never felt her stick me..Quest got it right when they hired her..I didn't get your name tbat day but if you see this thank you very much.."

"Only 4 stars because of quest diagnostics being corporation bull****. Bianca was the only employee there working and managed to clear out the room in a timely manner. It was a busy day and she drawed 2 tubes from me and I was in and out in 15 including answering all of my questions. Definitely underplayed. If you have issues, ask for Bianca. She is definitely a mother."

"The staff is so rude and unaccomodating. Refused to take my TODDLER as a walk in even no one else was there, claiming we had to make an appt via phone (but when I tried via phone it didn’t give me the option). On a separate occasion they were so uncaring and cold to my other daughter who was petrified of getting her blood drawn. Zero empathy. Rude. Cold. Refused to give her a colorful band-aid to cheer her up, would only use tape. Then the boyfriend of one of the employees came in. How? Because he knew the code to the door to get to the back. This was so unprofessional and inappropriate. Do not use this Quest. The one in Poughkeepsie by the post office is so much better, if you can make it up there. The staff at the Fishkill office should be fired."

"Today (8/19/22) I came in 10 minutes early for my 10:20AM appointment. Despite being early, the two women working greeted me nicely and promptly led me to one of the rooms. They confirmed that I was getting bloodwork for my doctor, confirmed which doctor, etc. It usually takes a phlebotomist 3-5 attempts to draw my blood, however this woman got it painlessly on the first try! I was shocked and so, so happy. I wish I got their names. Thank you for a great experience!"

"Avoid this lab at ALL COSTS. My doctor confirmed twice that they sent my lab order to this lab. When I showed up for my 8 a.m. appointment, the technician (who was the only one working there) said she didn’t have the lab order and that there was nothing she could do to help. She was extremely rude when I pointed out that their phone message said a technician would help call the doctor if the lab order was missing, and said that was an “old message.” Yet, when I called MULTIPLE TIMES the day before, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. This was a giant waste of time and I feel duped as a customer. I will be contacting their corporate headquarters to discuss this matter."
