"Having the best doctors for my care is a top priority. I make sure to research and after meeting a doctor in person 1-2x, if I don't feel they are caring, thoughtful, and highly knowledgable, I will move on. I also value doctors that are not quick to medicate and offer alternative ways of healing. After seeing a gynecologist at Nuvance Southern a couple of times and determining she was not a good fit, I widened my search. I live in the Town of Wappingers and traveling 40 minutes north to see Dr. Hinds was well worth my time. He spent enough time with me and was mindful about my "whole" care. He also informed of me procedures I did not need to repeat, that my insurance would not cover if done again. As there was no urgency, I felt confident to wait a couple of years for the routine procedure. Some doctors won't even give you a heads up about insurance matters -- leaving you stuck with a big bill. Overall, I had a great first experience and look forward to being in his care for as long as I live in the Hudson Valley."

"If I could rate 0 stars I would. It seems like this office is good only if you are established patient. They left me on my own to miscarry at home 16 weeks simply because I had never been seen in their office prior. Despite having an upcoming appt, I was referred to the ER by the office supervisor. The ER could do nothing for me by the way. I would not recommend this office and I plan on formally complaining about my experience."

"I have had some horrendous experiences locally with OBGYNs, specifically Christine Beer and her complete lack of bedside manner, but Dr. Hinds has been absolutely amazing through everything from biopsies to pregnancy and labor preparation. 10/10 recommend. I am so glad I left Caremount. The midwives and nurses are wonderful as well. Susan in the Kingston office and midwives Susanne and Whitney are wonderful, too."
