"Service at this office has been poor of late. Appointments are cancelled at the last minute without apology. Most recently, I was given a dental hygienist who was curt, obnoxious and sloppy. While billing has always been competent, staff attitudes are important. I will not be returning to this practice."

"The dentist lectured me angrily like I was a child and during a following visit her assistant actually yelled at me. These were over general misunderstandings that honestly involved them and reception and should not have involved me as the patient. Immediately everything was my fault and the mood went into argument mode…it felt unnecessary to allow for misunderstandings to begin at high level like that and the verbal attacks made me leave tired and stressed. Not to mention they refused to work on me in those moments even though I live a long distance away."

"I am an older patient who hasn't been to the dentist since before Covid. I went to Pine St. Dental for almost 40 years as did my husband. For the past 3 years, I have stayed home to take care of my husband who just passed away. Now that the initial trauma is over I am trying to catch up on my medical. I have lost a filling and would like to start seeing what my dental needs are. I was told by a receptionist that probably was most likely younger than my granddaughters that since I haven't been in recently, they must treat me as a new patient and I will need to wait as all new patients wait for appointments. So maybe in August. So much for 40 years of loyalty. My original dentist Bruce Hottum or Dr. Fleigler would never say such a thing. I would suggest new patients, pick somewhere else. I found a very respectful new office to go to at the end of July."

"My first time there and it was by far the best. Kathy at front desk was really friendly and helpful. Dental Assistant Justine was awesome. The Dentist Dr. P. which was very gentle and kind. So Thank you very much! See you in 6 months."

"I think dentist visits generally have more to do with what you are getting done rather than the atmosphere or environment (why so many of us dread going, I suspect). That said, I've had multiple cavities filled and a crown put in during my visits here the last several years and I've never had a bad experience. Dr Yuen and his staff are professional, courteous and willing to chat about basketball or the walking dead for a couple of minutes during the whole process. Best of all for me at least, I go during work hours usually and I never feel like a minute is wasted there. There is rarely any wait at all and they move quickly and efficiently. Its hard to get excited for a dentist visit, but they make this as physically and emotionally pain free as possible."
