"So terribly sad that I had to leave this office after 18 years with them. When both Dr. Weissman and Powalski left I was transferred to the NP who was the most condescending, nasty medical “professional” I have ever spoken to. I immediately had all my records transferred to a new provider."

"Never a good experience here, also the nurse practitioner got upset when she was told she was wrong for putting me on a pill that can enhance depression. Being right must be more important than helping patients. Terrible, and I absolutely will never see her again."

"I just became a patient here this year and today was my final straw. My np Murphy was great however her office staff are terrible. I understand that healthcare is extremely busy and short staffed but there is no reason for someone else to go to the back before you when you’ve had an appointment and have already been waiting 45 minutes. I was waiting an hour by the time I left as I had an appointment I couldn’t miss. Due to my schedule between school and work I have no availability to just wait around for people. The lady was annoyed when I asked her how much longer it would be because I had another appointment, she told me to leave and reschedule. I left 15 minutes later after she had told me I was next but didn’t know how long the doctor would be, that’s fine, but I did hear the doctor go into another room and start talking to a patient. I indeed was skipped yet again. So I left and I’m not coming back. I already spent and hour waiting, a 45 minute drive to the place because my home office is closing and nobody told me. I had called to reschedule and the lady offered an appointment a month later, maam I already had to reschedule due to the doctors opinion I’m not waiting ANOTHER month. Constantly skipping people who’ve been there and not being accommodating. I called another place and got in 2 weeks later. 10/19/2023 was my appointment."

"I loved this place for my first pregnancy less than 2 years ago. I have another on the way. They are pushing me out the door trying to say they can’t help me but not providing me with appropriate options and miscommunication between office and doctor statements. Overall trying to make it seem like I’m the reason they can’t help as they are claiming I’m high risk even though all results are in great shape. Transparency from the start would have been better. They had a loss of Drs who preform births and c-sections and only have one doctor. This seems to be more the reason they are dropping clients. They are not assisting me with care and are not providing transitions to a new place and I’m jumping through hoops to get them to communicate with any new office. I spent hours going back and forth trying to find out where I needed to set up my new care as I am far in my pregnancy and want to ensure the health of me and my child, and instead of working with me they sent me on to make calls to places that didn’t even provide overall patient care only ultrasounds. To make it all worse the doctor followed up by calling my husband to discuss things instead of me after I’ve been back and forth with the office all day and claimed it was due to not being able to get in touch with me. Not a single call was made to me from the office. Overall very disappointed in service I’ve the last few months."

"I started law school in Buffalo a few weeks ago and as a transplant with a recent abnormal pap, I wanted to find a comprehensive and innovative practice with kind and professional providers. Empire OB/GYN seemed a great fit! Unfortunately, after calling in to schedule an appointment Korrine or Karen(?) was completely impatient, condescending, and rude after I confirmed my insurance carrier. Questions like “Okay, well, do you have Medicaid or do you work?” Mixed with audible sighs and other resistant rhetoric helped me to call back and quickly cancel the appointment. If you guys are looking at increasing/decreasing bottom line, I’d start with some investigation into the girls that answer the phones."
