"I called today at 8:10am to see if i could get it for a sick visit. I’ve been battling a sinus infection and it settled in my ears last night causing a DOUBLE ear infection. I woke up at 1am not being able to hear, it was very muffled and scary to go through. My parents told me to call in the am to get in asap. Although I am “not a registered patient” I called previously to set up an appointment for my physical and to become a new patient to which I couldn’t get in until mid july. I understand that I haven’t had my first visit in this office, but i am still in their system. After I called this morning the lady told me she’d have to get a doctors approval to come in and they’d call me back. almost 6 HOURS later they called me back saying “i should just go to urgent care”. No problem but you shouldnt wait that long for someone who explained how much pain I am in!! but don’t worry i already figured it out before they called me back. Highly don’t recommend this office!!"

"Love my doctor here! They are attentive to me and my children via portal every time. Something that's not the doctors fault are the phones they are dreadful. Everyone is nice here. Been going to my doctor a long time. He moved into the practice he stayed the same but I don't care for the merge. Needs a call center or something. Doctor is amazing. My daughter is sick had a student call here for a virtual appointment and he said to go in today for a visit bc of the symptoms zero issues. In and out."

"I been with this office as a patient, and I have not had any problems in any shape or form. I love the people that work there and they are very very qualified and very A+ with customer service. Anyone that goes and visit a doctor needs to have patience sometimes it takes a longer and sometimes it doesn't but the word is patient you just need to have a little bit of patience and understanding!"

"I went here a year ago and it took two hours to see two student doctors that didn’t know what they were doing. They asked me the same questions multiple times and very audibly were frustrated with a computer system they didn’t know how to use. I saw the actual doctor for less than five minutes. I didn’t reschedule but today received a notification saying I had an appointment this week. News to me. Tried to log in the the patient portal and the website is down. Tried to call TWELVE times and was met with busy signals or hung up on. Currently on hold for 45 minutes and counting just to cancel an appointment I didn’t make in the first place so I can make sure I don’t get billed for something that I didn’t do."
