"I called on Monday July 10th and spoke with Melissa, told here about my situation about needing insurance for our new property that we are buying and the run around I was getting. On Wednesday 7/12 she emailed me a quote for a policy. By lunchtime on Friday 7/14 I had my policy for our new home. They were very professional to deal with and made it very easy process for me.
