Combined Insurance

"I was recommended this company from my employer first when I signed up for their insurance, they accidentally signed me up for two policies, and it was very difficult to get the second policy canceled even though they were charging me for it then they asked me to renew my policy and I called to make sure I could renew it online because I did not want to do it in the mail and the customer service representative said that everything was fine and I renewed it online correctly and it should take 48 hours to update so today I got a letter in the mail saying my policy has lapsed because I never renewed it and I was informed that I did so I called and the customer service representative said that I would have to pay the whole entire premium upfront because my insurance left lapsed even though it was not my fault And said that that was what her supervisor had informed her when I asked to speak to the supervisor I was put on hold for a very long time. Mind you there was also you could hear every other conversation going on in the background is very poorly handled. It was their mistake. I do not recommend this company. Their customer service is awful and I’m going to be switching insurance companies do not choose them ."

"I purchased the accident, cancer, sickness, and life policies from this company. I was in a motorcycle accident in April 2021. I had three emergency room visits. Combined insurance paid me out for only one of them after 3 months. I called every week asking about my benefits. They sent me a letter saying that they would not pay me out for my other two emergency room visits because it was outside of some window of time. I have never seen this wording in any of the paperwork or when I purchased the policy. The wording that was used in the letter didn’t make much sense either. Please do not use this company, it’s my experience that you will have to fight to receive your benefits, and they will find a way to pay you a fraction of what you purchased, if any at all."
