"Say Boo has become such a home to me. As a dancer, it can be difficult to find a room of your own to explore, work, and create. Say Boo's location and feel has everything you need to cultivate a dedicated practice or simply just try something new. Whether you go to Say Boo for a movement class or for your own rehearsal time, you will leave refreshed and eager to return. It's truly a hidden gem. There are many creative people within the building; you may find yourself taking ceramics classes from Kingston Ceramics and later on in the week rehearsing in the same building."

"I can't rave enough about this beautiful movement studio in Kingston, NY. Speaking as a wallflower, I am grateful for the opportunity to move around and get silly in such a welcoming and creative space. There is so much love put into the design of the studio and curation of the classes. The studio is gorgeous, featuring a calming pink mural, vaulted soundboards, flower installations, and after class tea. The classes are unlike any movement classes I have ever attended before, they feel like they are designed to soothe and strengthen the soul. It is a very special place."
