Rochester Muay Thai is a gym located at 31 Richmond Street in Rochester, New York, United States. Our training sessions focus on conditioning your body for fighting through cardio, resistance exercises, and proper technique execution. We emphasize balance, mechanics, and explosive power, which are essential for the sport. Sessions last 1 to 2 hours and include various exercises such as jumping ropes, shadow boxing, heavy-bag work, pad work, and strength training. Traditional training also includes a 3.5-mile run as a warm-up.
