"I took my son here yesterday for the buy one get one free tryout 7-14 boxing class! HE LOVED IT! the location is easy to find, it’s really nice inside, each child has their own bench with equipment! And you can even rent gloves if you don’t have your own! the instructor Dzo played kid friendly music and was really into the workout, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions!"

"Just had my first class and loved it! In terms of the facility: Welcoming front desk. Secure lockers and clean facility. In terms of the class: fun and challenging! A bit self paced, so you can manage to your own fitness level. Great music! Fun lights (kind of felt like a club). I'd never boxed before -- it was fun to hit something ;) I'll definitely be coming back, going to buy a set of passes and make this part of my routine."
