"My son has been coming to High Performance since May 2021 for tae kwon do. I was overwhelmed with the choices of martial arts and schools in the area. I could not be happier with High Performance. Master Marvin and the junior instructors there regularly are top notch. Classes are organized and the schedule is accommodating. My son also has started jiu jitsu recently there 2x a week. They have seasonal championships and monthly Friday Fun Nights, all which my son begs to take part in. My son's confidence and discipline has improved substantially. I completed a trial class for adult jiu jitsu and tae kwon do, also recommended. High Performance has an app and sends out emails regularly for communication. If you are searching for a martial arts school for your child or yourself, High Performance is the place."

Our child has improved incredibly in terms of discipline, strength and tenacity in and out of class. The instructors and masters are so caring and go the extra mile to ensure the children are progressing whilst still having fun!
