"Always love walking into a business and get greeted with are you the 12:20? What happened to hello? Then when I finally got to see the optician, he wouldn't even shake my hand, still following covid protocol from years ago. I just had a bone marrow transplant and will shake your hand, I carry sanitizer. The doctor's manners I found off putting, and didn't feel welcome here. Then, I had to get measured for my PD so I can order glasses online and the lady was nice and all but again, no hello or nothing just a take your glasses off. Customer service is at an all time low currently, and this wasn't a pleasurable visit as I was hoping. Lets remember with the prices on everything going up, it costs nothing to be polite!"

The guy who I had helped me & went around with me the whole time, he was very honest on what looked good & what didn't & what fit my face in all the right places. I even had the whole office helping me decide between 2 of my final options. & I am in love with the choice they picked for me! Very great service, highly recommend."
