"I absolutely love the entire team at Lockport Pediatrics, especially Debbie and Dr. Baier. As a first time mom, everyone there from checking in, to the nurses and doctors - they always go above and beyond in caring for my daughter and giving me all of the information I need to ensure I am on track with her and that she’s getting the best medical attention possible. I am so grateful to have found a team of nurses and doctors that I know are always there whenever I have a concern or questions. They utilize an online patient portal which makes communication and accessing information so seamless. They are always prompt at returning messages in the portal and calling me, and getting into appointments and seen by the doctor is seamless. I can’t say enough positive things about Lockport Pediatrics. I’m so happy we have such a solid Pediatric team in them to make sure my daughter is getting everything she needs as she continues to grow."

"My son is 1 years old and has hand foot and mouth. When my son came in for it he also had a cough. I was told I had to have him Covid tested if I wanted him to be seen. Even though a cough is normally associated with hand food and cough. Surprise! He tested negative. I am sick of every time I go to this office my son is being Covid tested. On top of this, my son is allergic to penicillin which I told them at the appointment they then proceeded to call in a script to newfane pharmacy, didn’t actually get called in I had to call the doctor office back and tell them, that my son was allergic to! So they can’t even keep their records straight let alone send a prescription over. The only reason I am giving 3 stars and not 1 is because dr.Jeff is really caring and kind."
