Combined Insurance

"Been waiting over a month to receive an answer on if my sickness claim will be approved. Still have no answer as to a time frame of just getting an answer. Very unhappy. And on top of all this, today, they had the audacity to double charge me for this month.. out of work.. they’re not paying out my policy.. and double changed me. I would never choose to work with this company again. And the second charge was to an account for a person I have never heard of. So essentially they attached MY bank information to my account and then to the account of a stranger. Strongly discourage ANYONE from using this company."

"Never do any business with this company. I've been trying to file a claim for weeks with no help whatsoever. Phone calls fall on deaf ears. Even after asking to have a rep. visit my house, nothing happened. The worst thing is, I have six policies with them for over twenty years. I may have filed one or two claims the whole time. It's been so long I can't remember. I've been sick on disability for over a month already with a partial claimed filled out and one any where near attempting to help. Even when I had a chance to talk with someone over the phone, they kept directing me toward their self help portal. I thought that with some supplemental insurance I could manage to keep my bills paid while i healed. Maybe with another company. Certainly not this one. DEFINITELY WOULD AVOID IF I WERE YOU !"

"All the complaints about this Company are true.I recently filled a claim with them and I am getting nowhere.I get a constant runaround. They should be shutdown.I'm going to pursue a fraud claim against them with the NY State Attorney General or any other entity I can find"
