"September 2023 I still don't know What The Heck is going on with my case!! I stopped going to the Doctors for help because I can't afford all the blasted Medical Bills!!!!!! One star is to much!!! They never do what is needed to get a claim resolved. Melanie Reuther is not helping at all! It took me calling Melanie before she even started to investigate my claim. Like an Ambulance ride wasn't bad enough. My medical bills are stacking up. Well I'm trying to pay them she's sitting on her......! Maybe Melanie's boss needs to know how badly she takes care of someone who got injured but this insurance company has people like her !"

"Have been out of work for 3 weeks, have left multiple voicemails and can't even get a call back. Not once has anybody answered their phone. Do these people work? It's PATHETIC! DO YOUR JOBS!"

"This company is absolutely terrible !! I got hurt in July last year and was off for 2 weeks and a day. The adjuster literally called me the Friday I was already back to work. Should have been cut and dry but the fine people of this company never sent me my check. Everytime I sent an email the response was the same " is this the correct address " for the 8th time, yes. I finally filed the correct forms for a missing check trial and won and after 8 months I finally got a check. This company is most likely the one most employers go to when they want cheap rates and zero response time. Most likely explains why the company preferred is employees to work hurt rather than go through the insurance. If you haven't been paid by this company, fill out the correct forms on the state website and also make sure you ask for the penalty along with what's owed. Also keep your proof and file everything with the department of financial services. I wish I could give this company 0 stars for what they pulled but for now I'll settle for bankrupting them the way they forced me to borrow off my 401k to make the bills."

"This services is not organized nor helpful I have been out since July not compensated. no help to retrieve any paperwork. They are rude and short. I have uploaded information nothing no one gets back to you to let you know anything. At this point after being hurt and the care not expressed really makes you wonder are you valuable to your employer, supervisors. At this point I am so over these services. If I could give zero stars that is just what it would be. But just got a call back from BBB they are taking it from here. Also to get lawyers involved is ridiculous."

"They do not respond to any messages you leave with their staff. I received a letter from them regarding a company they were representing. I got it June 23rd and it took me calling a total of eight times to finally get a young woman who was an expert regarding cases. She then tried to get the alternate of the woman who sent me the letter. She was not in, she informed me that she would email her to contact me.This was Friday, sure enough the woman called me Tuesday. I have never seen a law firm act so nonchalant with any person, as they did. The woman apologized for the lack of caring that I was experiencing."
