"I came in, again, for a severe fall injuring my ribs. I was still in excruciating pain after 4 weeks. At this point, I asked for a prescription for pain. The PA who's covering for my regular doctor suggested cannabis. I told her that I want a prescription for pain. I was told to drive to DeWitt to SOS urgent care. I was told that they don't treat rib injuries and call the PA. 5 weeks and still nothing for pain. And, no call back from nurses for 2 days in a row. I am filing a formal complaint and leaving this practice. I wasted more time driving and waiting by the phone. I can't believe the apathy that exists in this place. I'm done."
