About Us
True North Yoga is a gym and health institution located at 2635 York Road West in York, New York, United States. Our annual community dish-to-pass dinner successfully raised money for local Foodlink pantries, with a large percentage going to York Central School District. We are dedicated to providing nutritious meals to families in need and support Foodlink's efforts to build up school pantries. Join us for our final seasonal retreat on January 6th at our farm, where you can unwind and relax in a peaceful setting. Our schedule is updated monthly, with classes held outdoors, in our yoga barn, or in the heated hayloft. "While visiting Western New York, I went to a semi-private class at True North Yoga. Molly is a phenomenal teacher - offering adjustments, reminding you to breathe and not taking herself too seriously. She will push if you want it - but is great at adapting the class to your skill set and desired intensity level. Molly offered adjustments and corrections - she greatly improved my down dog and other basic poses! I'm a beginner who has gone to a variety of classes and felt very comfortable with Molly's teaching style of "cue, not view." Also, the yoga barn is AWESOME! Love the stained glass :)"
