"So annoying how stylists have all these rules about lateness, cancellations, & deposits, but then have zero professionalism. I booked a wig install with youceeme. She was almost 1 hour late with no communication, and didn't acknowledge her lateness when she finally arrived. She put bleach on the knots, then went to go park her car and was gone for 20-30 min. Needless to say, the roots were an orange mess by the time she came back. They offered to have me come in again to fix it, but she just put globby black stuff to cover up the orange instead of actually dying it. I couldn’t wear the wig in public, so I ended up just throwing out the wig which cost over $300. I should have just asked for a refund."

"Cece is amazing! I went for a trial and I knew right away she was my go to. My wedding was in LI and I needed someone who could actually slay my hair and that she did! She is patient, kind, and has an amazing spirit. The day of the wedding she was even able to accommodate two more people who needed hair services without hesitation. My hair was done in Hollywood wave sand it really brought out my inner princess. She gave me tips on how to place the hair for photos and captured amazing videos for me that other vendors even requested copies of. Top tier! Absolutely amazing!"

"This place was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I did. I had a natural twist out, hydration treatment and a trim by Luci. I’m very tender headed and stylists usually hurt me in the wash and detangling process, but Luci never hurt my head not once and she was very gentle. I was supposed to undo my twists once they dried but I ended up leaving them twisted for a week, something I’ve never been able to do before (they usually become messy after two days). And they looked so good! Prices are affordable and fair and definitely worth it. I will definitely be back. One con I will say tho is that their online booking platform is not very user friendly."
