"This was a great stay. We really enjoyed ourselves and Donna was amazing at the front desk. Was nice to relax and get away from life in the heated pool and hot tub."

"Nice hotel but lacking key amenities it’s not worth $189/night with taxes. The hot tub and pool were out of order for the foreseeable future. They don’t even offer complementary breakfast. Better to find a cheaper stay somewhere else."

"When checking in the girl that booked our room insisted that we should get a room with 2 beds. Told her we didn't need 2 beds and She still insisted several times on a room with 2 beds. I told her it was just the 2 of Us and she was still saying things about 2 beds. I finally told her that we were married and could sleep together. We were very offended by our check in. Rooms were very clean but we will never use a best Western again. We have never experienced anything like this before and we travel alot."

"I stayed here in June when I dropped my son off at school. The staff was super friendly during checking and even gave my little one cookies. The room was clean. The pool was nice."

"I checked into the Hotel on 8th July evening. The front desk lady was rude and not friendly. No smile at all and talked with us in angry manner. Even though I am a Best western member she gave us hard time and no respect at all. Over charged 15$ each room. We booked 5 rooms and came all the way from Toronto Canada. Over the phone we confirmed that breakfast included with the price and finally we had to pay for the breakfast. kind of scam."
