"I haven't had a cut in over three years. My last one was a pretty horrible experience with a stylist I had known for over 10 years and ended with me asking for a 3” trim and walked away with a total of 9” off. Fellow long haired beauts know how devastating that can be. So, I was really apprehensive about scheduling but as you can imagine after 3 years of avoiding it I was now in dire need of my ends being cleaned up. I did a lot of research before finally booking an appointment with Tammie. She immediately made me feel comfortable which reassured me I had made a good choice. She also unknowingly eased my extreme social anxiety just by being herself and having a pleasant and comforting personality. We discussed what I was envisioning and it was clear she was genuinely listening and understanding what my goal was. She didn’t push me into anything and kept reiterating she was happy to work with me and excited to get my hair back to a fully healthy state. She didn’t cut off any more than what we talked about, matter of fact she did every single detail of my cut exactly as we had discussed, in doing so she brought back so much life to my long locks. She gave me my confidence back to keep up with my self care quarterly trims. I’ve seen some reviews talking about the price of a cut at Classical Concepts but quality should always be over quantity and Tammie is by far the highest quality stylist I have ever worked with in my 4 decades of living not to mention the reassurance, comfort, and ability to ease my severe social anxiety almost immediately is beyond priceless to me."
