"Complexions in Saratoga Springs has fallen badly. Not because of their several masseuse they employ or their beautiful clean and serene setting but because they constantly keep on canceling scheduled massage appointments the day before actual appt. This has happened to me on four different occasions recently and to several other friends I've recommended to go there. It is insane. I get that people have emergencies and/or maybe fall ill, but have a plan b. Offer other masseuse that may be available, give a discount for future massage for constantly canceling. It sucks, it really does. I used to get great massages from the best masseuse there, Susan, but she is so great that she is always booked. She is so seasoned and well versed on different massage modalities. Ahem....Susan, can you clone yourself, say about three more times??? I digress...Complexions in Saratoga Springs, please, please get it together."

"This is my first time and WOW! Diane and Angel have exceeded way beyond my expectations. Diane finished my manicure. She referred me to Angel last minute for a hydro facial so she did a last minute add on and split my appointment. Angel was very professional and sweet. She explained the whole procedure and brought my skin back to life! Im very impressed that with any service from complexions Spa for beauty you are welcome to use their sauna, steam room or relaxation room that overlooks congress park. Another thing that sparked my attention was the wide variety of amenities and services they offer. I’m overall very impressed! As soon as Angel was done with my facial I was brought back to Diane and she did my pedicure which both manicure and pedicure turned out beautiful! I walked out of Complexions Spa feeling gorgeous!"

"Complexions Spa is amazing! This place is just so Serene and tranquil. I went here for the first time this year for a massage and a Japanese forest bath. I must say th lockers are super clean and there's a lot of amenities provided. You get your own robe and towel wrap and slippers. The staff are very nice and they do know their job. My massage was so relaxing in the beautiful candle lit room and soft spa music. There's free tea, snacks and water. My steam bath was so amazing and I've never experienced anything like it before. I will definitely go back here"
