"Yesterday, I went to this location for my first massage ever. All of the staff were very friendly which was nice, but the massage itself was very disappointing. I wanted medium pressure but I received no pressure at all. The massage therapist basically just rubbed lotion/oil (I’m not even sure what) on me and occasionally would lightly press a spot for a second. Since this was my first massage I wasn’t sure what to expect. I thought maybe she was just prepping my muscles for more pressure later on, but there was never any pressure at all. Her touch was very very gentle. She also didn’t massage certain areas of my body that I selected on the form prior to the massage. I opted to have pretty much my whole body massaged aside from glutes and pectorals. However, my shoulders were never touched and neither were my thighs. The massage therapist also spent a weirdly long time rubbing my feet. That was probably where she spent the most time. This would’ve been okay if she was actually massaging and applying some pressure. Otherwise she just rubbed my feet for a long time. I will not be returning to this location."
"I enjoy going to Massage Envy, I like the atmosphere very calm and peaceful. Very clean and staff is very respectful. My Favorite Massage Therapist is Bryn. Very nice and respectful. Hands down would choose her every time. Great conversation and never makes me feel uncomfortable. If your a person seeking a great way to pamper yourself this place would be a great choice. Even if it is well needed due to body aches and pains. They offer different packages and has a great team."
