"This office was great before northwell took them over. Now with the exception of one person, all of the front desk people are new, rude and disorganized. Also, the northwell system is outdated and I miss the ease of using mychart that EVERY other health system uses. The doctors and NP in the practice are great, but the entire customer service part of the office has taken a hit after the practice switched over. Constantly on hold, not getting notified about test results that needed to be redone, etc."
