"The older female employees at this store specifically (Amherst NY), and even more specifically, those working today at approximately 1PM, make me feel uncomfortable shopping here. More specifically, they make sure you are hounded so you can’t walk around and make a decision, they stay on you - probably to prevent theft. I’ve literally shopped here DOZENS of time and have NEVER once stolen anything. This behavior is uncalled for. What they don’t realize when crawling up my butt is that the moment they do that they are losing money from me. I always spend WAY more when I’m comfortable. Maybe I should be thankful, but I’m bitterly annoyed. This would be a better store without the disrespect. I will probably stop coming to this location because I’m done being treated like this. 2 stars just cause I like the products."

"Every Sallys is always so helpful. Thr employees really help you. I am new to dying my hair and she took the time to explore several hair care options and let me ask her a dozen questions without showing annoyed ir impatient. Its why I always go therr when I need something or want something new."

"Not please with this place at all. Trying to go from my natural hair color of brown to a little grey/purple. I've bleached my hair three times and the red from previous dyes will NOT come out. I've asked for help and all they've done is feed me lies. My hair is now orange with deep grey roots. Never going back to this one."
