"Buy from the publisher, and NEVER by books prior to class. I was forced to place a dispute with my bank because they won’t cancel my order. An order I never even received confirmation existed until I called to ask where my order was. The professor had to file a complaint with them as well for not having enough copies of the book in stock, which caused the issue to begin with. Instead of processing a two day late refund, they tried to strong arm me into buying a digital copy from them instead of the publisher despite it being cheaper at the later. Save yourself the headache when life happens, and just go through the publisher."

"As usual for a university book store, its slightly overpriced, but you're paying for the convenience. It does have a lot of small things that come in handy, like ibuprofen and headphones, again, if you're willing to pay a bit extra for having a store in the middle of campus."

"Great in that there's always books stocked for any class you need on campus. Never use for convenience food or supplies unless it's an emergency. Very overpriced like any campus bookstore. Check Walmart in Albany before buying clothes there for the same reason. There's a website to shop through them too. Never wait until the last day in finals week to hand in your books or you'll take an hour or two out of your day."

"Pricey pricey pricey! But it is a university bookstore, so I guess it's to be expected. Staff are pretty good, availability of items is alright. I don't have any major complaints! This store makes it easy to order your textbooks and return them, but fair warning, lines get LONG. I did notice their selection of other items has gone down in the past two or three years with the construction going on on campus."
