"Excellent location. Great massage therapists. They have a monthly package which is great but it comes with a 12 month commitment. I found that to be a nice option but there’s no flexibility. I asked for some consideration as I am looking at a layoff from my employer and I didn’t get an option that was reasonable for me financially. Be careful. It might be best to a la carte your services to manage."

"I went to Massage Envy for the first time, which I thought had a very good reputation. I was surprised that this was wrong and ultimately had a very disappointing experience here. The front staff greeted me and started to ask about my specific needs, I told her my primary focus areas and what I expected from my experience. Afterward, the masseuse brought me to the back room. Upon entering I was struck by a VERY unpleasant body odor stench. It was extremely hard for me to relax while getting this massage when all I was thinking about was this smell and when I was going to get out. I scheduled a 60 minute massage and the massage was only 50 minutes, although this wasn’t so bad, since I already wanted to leave. Lastly, the target points that I addressed earlier were not tended to and my shoulder knots, were still very present afterward. This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever gotten. After telling the front staff, they were going to accommodate me by scheduling another $120 massage with another masseuse after having to pay that price for this awful experience (thankfully I had a gift card). I would never go back there. There are much better places to go for a massage such as Hand and Stone and 9 Spa, which will provide much better experiences along with well-qualified masseuses."
