"Demeaning Customer Service! I called the salon in the morning asking for an afternoon appointment for eyebrows and upper lips. A gentleman picked up, I told him what I wanted and asked for an afternoon appointment. I hear him talking to Laxmi, first they couldn’t get the time right. Then he proceeds to ask my name, which I respected 3 times, I hear Laxmi ask “which one”? They still can’t agree on a time together. And he ends up hanging up on me. I call again thinking it was by mistake. This time Laxmi picks up and I ask her for the same service. Her immediate response, no I can not today, only tomorrow. Really? You don’t have 10 minutes? And how about the fact that you don’t even apologize hanging up on your customers and playing favoritism by asking which one is she?? It’s just terrible as customers we have to resort to this kind of service. I will never set a foot in this place and will make sure neither do my friends and family! Shame on you Laxmi!"

"Love these ladies ~ they are so sweet, kind, attentive, and talented. I've been here for waxing before, but this is my first time getting my hair done here. Laxmi did a wonderful job on my hair ~ a wash, cut, and blowdry. I feel so amazing. It feels light and healthy and looks shiny again, after not getting it done for months and months during the lockdown. The other lady did a perfect job with my waxing. My skin is so sensitive, especially so, since I haven't gotten waxing in months either. But it's been a couple of hours, and not a single issue. My skin usually gets burns and irritation from waxing *immediately*. Will be coming here again as often as my wallet will allow. Will recommend to anyone and everyone."
