"I love Lucy however the service was terrible yet again. I made an appointment and was told to 30 minutes earlier; I showed up early as I was told and someone who I believe is new could not even remove my uv gel top coating; she did not know how to work the machine. She scar my skin at least 3x. I was told someone else will do my nails. I sat around for another hour to have a color change…just a color change and I still didn’t get it done. Now this is now over an hour. I told them I couldn’t stay much longer because I had to get back to work and asked if I can come back after 430 to get just a color change. They told me their next available appointment isn’t until 6pm. How is this even possible when I was there at my allot appointment time. They have to do so much better with fulfilling appointment time and also find others techs can actually do nails properly. I was so disappointed because I have been going there for so long"

"I made an appointment for 4:30 and wasn't seated until 5. But after the initial wait, the regular treatment was nice. I got a pedicure, manicure, and my eyebrows waxed. Love my toes and eyebrows. Nails aren't my fave, but that was really my bad choice in coloring. So have a plan when you go in."

"They are simply the best. Customer service is excellent, the staff is pleasant and friendly while maintaining superb level of professionalism. In addition they are super affordable. The salon is clean, smells fresh all the time and the floor plan is well laid out. I would recommend Sofis to any one at any time."
