"I am so happy that I won a gift certificate to opulence skin clinic on Metropolitan Avenue. I cannot speak more highly of the staff. I called and spoke to Kelly, asking for suggestions on what treatment best fit my problem areas. Kelly went above and beyond informing me on what was best for me. She took her time truly listening, and came up with a plan for me that actually worked. She explained how the ICOONE therapy machine would help me and I went with her suggestion and I couldn’t be happier. I came into the shop (which is beautifully decorated) and instantly felt comfortable. I must say, that is so rare in these types of situations because you’re really at your most vulnerable. But the beautiful young women, Marta and Emilia were so kind, professional and knowledgeable I was put at ease immediately. These women know their stuff. They explained what I needed to do to help the treatment work. I lost 2 pounds after 4 treatments because I took their advice. They were very honest and shared that the machine was not a magic bullet, but that I needed to help myself in order to get where I needed to be for an event. I only had a week. So the pressure was on.I reached my goal and then some because I listened to the professionals. Emilia and Marta I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and compassion and of course, my great results. I return to NY in February and will without a doubt return to this little gem. Side note… My gifts certificate was a $350 IPL treatment but the owner saw fit to allow me to put it towards my treatment. I met her briefly and can see why the staff was so great.
