"Don’t waste your time. Made a reservation via classpass, called to confirm and they said they didn’t have an availability at the time i booked for but told me i could come at 4 (hours after i wanted) i agreed but soon after i needs to rush my dog to the vet so i called to reschedule again and we agreed on the 26th at 10:30. They were rude when i called after i traveled into Manhattan and they told me they didn’t have my appointment after i spoke to them on the phone last week. It’s one thing for a misunderstanding and miscommunication but the lady who i spoke to on the phone was very rude. Maybe they have a good service but i wouldn’t recommend them based on the way they spoke to me."

"The worst experience ever ….!!!!! I had full body laser hair removal treatment for like 1.5 yrs i had 9 sessions here , initially everything seems nice during the sessions you are able to see the result and everything will goes well once you done with your sessions they kept telling you like ‘hair removal is depending on hormones and we can not take any guaranty and you google everything before you come here ’ like this i swear after i have completed 6 sessions pkg still hair was visible and they told me like ‘see we told you , you need more sessions’ after that i hot 3 more sessions and final result was poor in couple of months my all hairs are coming back and and I regret a lot spending thousands of money on then also started to getting attitude from them i have waited for 45mins on appointment day and when i hot late for 10mins they had canceled everything and saying we can’t take you come next time and yelling at me like i have done crime or something like that they are being jerk speciallyyy julia , julia needs to learn manners from the lady who seats in the front she is so sweet darling i was looking for review like this at my time i hope it will help you find another good shop to go good luck guy’s please don’t waste your time and money"

Julia and others in the team have also recommended products like moisturizers to hydrate. I’ve also done other services: the VI peel, lashes and loved the brows lamination. The spa is clean, neat, and music is very calm."
