"EDIT: This was my go-to nail salon for over a year — hence me keeping their 5 star rating! Most of my experiences here have been amazing — I love all of the artists here, they are all friendly, the place is clean and calm, etc. Just a heads up for anyone getting Gel X extensions that my whole set fell off in the following week after I got them. I went back in & got one nail fixed (which did stay in place better!) but the others all just randomly popped off of my nails (not doing anything rough!). Not sure why. Sad because these were my birthday nails & they did not last more than a week! Attaching a picture (red nails) so you can see how lovely they were at first. Maybe ask they cure your Gel X double the time so they really stick. (Or just get acrylics which they do as well)"

"PART 2: I went back to Rika to get Gel X. I want to preface that the service here is great! But the actual manicures are terrible. My gel X nails that I payed 130$ for falling off only a week later. To only have all of my nails fall off, break, crack all of the above. I went to get them fixed AGAIN and they fell off AGAIN ONLY A WEEK LATER. Same thing applies to their gel manicures. Peels a week later and I am not the only person experiencing this. Their quality of manicure is not worth the price EVER! again they are really nice but their manicures are HORRIBLE PART 1: Great service but unfortunately gel manicure started to chip off just after a week. A 70 dollar manicure just falling off doesn’t sit right with me. Almost every nail is about to peel off."

"The vibe is great in here— everyone is so kind, offering breaks and drinks and hyping everyone up. Thank you Judy, who did an incredible job with my gel X “shrek” look— I’d been dreaming about this color for months! The first picture is ab a week and a half of growth. Second picture is right after. No doubt I’ll be back!"

"This was by far the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. (The photo is after 1.5 days, and I got gel). Mia did my mani pedi and I was shocked at how horrible it was. I am not super high maintenance about my nails, and even this was over the top awful for me. Mia got nail polish all over my skin of my nails and toes and did not take the time to remove it. I also told her very clearly I wanted to keep the length on my fingernails, and she cut my nails down to the quick and continued to file my skin until it was raw and bleeding. And this is after I continued to tell her to be more gentle and to stop taking the length down. The toes were honestly even more of a disaster. I saw a friend right after and he said “you didn’t get a pedicure also?” The pedicure was so bad my friend thought I hadn’t had a pedicure done at all… And when I expressed how displeased I was with the nails and toes upon completion, they offered me a 10% discount which resulted in me STILL paying $80! I was shocked from the beginning to the end of this experience. I highly recommend not going to this place."

Services I paid for: UV GEL SET(Short & plain) $110 + GEL PEDICURE $60 = Total $170 Technician name: Linda Nails process: 10am - 12:45pm Cleanliness of shop: moderate/clean Hey guys! I made an appointment on 06/04/2023 for The services requested. Linda was my technician for both feet and nails. She was very nice. I wanted long almond nails with design. I brought a simple picture of the shape and design I wanted. The nail shape wasn't coming out ideal so I asked her could she just revert to cutting the set down and doing a simple more natural nail. I could see this was frustrating for her, seeing that she already shaped some of the nails. It was either keep a badly shape, set or ask for politely to cut them down and do something simple. So I gave up on my dream nails that I first requested and settled for something I was confident she could achieve. To say the less I wasn't impressed with the work for the price. I don't feel I got what I paid for but I also don't make the prices. If I'm in the area I may or my not go back for a refill for the uv nails($75 for refill). My Pedicure is giving "sloppy work".
