When we arrived I was told that the therapist they had scheduled for my son doesn’t do deep tissue. Needless to say I wasn’t very relaxed during my massage. I would have rescheduled had I been told in advance of arriving."

She came home upset and more tense than when she went into the place. Very disappointing. When she called to give feedback, the individual on the phone was not receptive. "I was very disappointed in the massage I had her today. When I called and booked they said yes the therapist is skilled in deep tissue massage. I checked before booking. Basically the therapist rubbed the lotion on me up and down my back, never once rubbed me, never worked out any knots- NOTHING, she rubbed oil on my body for 50 minutes, that was it! Worst massage I ever had. I’ve been a long time hand and stone member, first time at this location, and it was GOD AWFUL! I don’t want to pay for a touching… I want a massage. So dissatisfied!"

"I had an appointment for an hour massage at 3:30PM. I was told we were finished at 4:10PM. When I questioned both the masseuse and front desk if it was the full hour, they said it’s 50 minutes hands on, 10 minutes for prep. I should have received 10 more minutes of my massage. Really disappointing to have only gotten 40 minutes. I shouldn’t have to leave something that is supposed to be relaxing, bothered!"
